Job summary

Soliant in Baltimore, MD is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis to support students in a dynamic school community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Maryland SLP licensure and CCC-SLP certification or eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students as needed.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Maryland, plus ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility)
• Prior experience with school-based or pediatric therapy is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of IEP development, documentation, and related compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
