Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in a supportive school setting under contract. You will assess, treat, and collaborate with educators and families to help students overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Prior school setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services, individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support progress.

Key Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings, to students with speech and language challenges

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented educational environment
