Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience serving school-aged students in an educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse school-age caseload, supporting speech, language, voice, and fluency needs

• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education team members, and families to support student communication goals
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and offer guidance on communication best practices within the school environment
• Stay current on best practices, continuing education, and professional standards within the field of speech-language pathology
