Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist at Autumn Lake at Berkeley Heights, NJ for full-time CFY opportunities. Work with skilled nursing residents requiring personalized care and collaboration across the rehab team.

Responsibilities include evaluation, goal setting, therapy delivery, dysphagia interventions, caregiver education, and thorough documentation. CFYs will receive supervision and ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active New Jersey SLP license or CFY eligibility.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing is a plus; CFY entrants welcome.

• Develop functional goals that support residents' daily interactions and participation in care.

• Educate residents and caregivers on techniques to practice outside treatment sessions.
• Document assessments and outcomes, adjust care plans, and contribute to discharge recommendations.
• Clinical Fellows will complete clinical responsibilities with supervision and ongoing feedback.

Work with skilled nursing residents whose communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs call for personalized care, practical strategies, and collaboration across the rehabilitation team.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized therapy addressing communication, attention, memory, and everyday problem-solving.
