Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist at Autumn Lake at Berkeley Heights, with opportunities for Clinical Fellows (CFY). Work with skilled nursing residents whose communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs call for personalized care, practical strategies, and collaboration across the rehabilitation team.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills to identify treatment needs.

• Develop functional goals that support residents' daily interactions, routines, and participation in care.

• Provide individualized therapy addressing communication, attention, memory, and everyday problem-solving.

• Deliver dysphagia interventions and coordinate swallowing recommendations with nursing and dietary staff.

• Educate residents and caregivers on techniques they can practice outside treatment sessions.

• Document assessments and outcomes, adjust care plans, and contribute to discharge recommendations.

• Clinical Fellows will complete clinical responsibilities with required supervision and ongoing feedback.
