Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Autumn Lake at Cherry Hill, NJ. CFY opportunities available with supervision to support professional growth. CFY compensation discussions occur during hiring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required or eligible for licensure in NJ.
• Active NJ SLP license or eligibility to practice as CFY is required or eligible.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities to determine residents' needs.
• Create individualized plans of care with functional, measurable treatment goals.
• Deliver therapy addressing communication, memory, attention, and problem-solving during daily tasks.
• Provide dysphagia treatment and coordinate swallowing recommendations with nursing and dietary teams.
• Involve residents, families, and caregivers in progress strategies between sessions.
• Maintain clinical documentation, monitor outcomes, and support care transitions and discharge planning.
• CFY supervision and guidance will be provided during fellowship.
