Ultimate Therapy in Berkeley Heights, NJ, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time, with opportunities for Clinical Fellows (CFY). You’ll work with SNF residents needing personalized care for communication, cognition, and swallowing, with strong supervision and growth support.

Hourly pay ranges from $42 to $45, plus benefits. CFY pathways include supervision and clinical guidance; fellowship pay discussed during hiring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active New Jersey SLP license, or eligibility for CFY.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
• New graduates seeking a CFY are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
• Develop functional goals to support daily interactions and care routines.
• Provide therapy addressing communication, attention, memory, and problem-solving.
• Deliver dysphagia interventions and coordinate swallowing plans with staff.
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies for practice outside treatment sessions.
• Document assessments and outcomes, adjust care plans, and support discharge decisions.
• CFY responsibilities completed with supervision and ongoing feedback.
