Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a SNF/LTC on a contract basis in Massillon, Ohio. The role requires current licensure or active licensure application and involves working within an interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled speech therapy services as ordered by physicians.

The contract position offers a days schedule and opportunities to contribute to patient goals while exploring new environments across Centra’s network.

Qualifications

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

This is a contract position. Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills so that the patient can fulfill their educational, vocational and social rolesCandidate must be an SLP-CCC.
