Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab in Kentucky is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver quality patient care to adult and geriatric patients, collaborating with a diverse team of clinicians.

Responsibilities include documenting progress notes, discharge planning, and travel to nearby centers as needed; applicants must hold a valid State SLP license. Sign-on bonus: $750.

• SNF or Acute care experience preferred.
• Valid State SLP License required.
