Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and collaborate with a diverse clinical team. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered.

You will provide therapy to adult and geriatric patients, complete documentation, and travel to nearby centers as needed. We value clinicians who are dedicated to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license and credentials.
• SNF and/or acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities.
