Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians.

The position includes a $750 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, license reimbursement, free CEUs, generous PTO, and a 401K plan; travel to nearby centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid State SLP License and Credentials.
• SNF and/or Acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities.
• Travel to nearby centers as needed.
