Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and collaborate with a diverse team of clinical professionals. We offer a $750 sign-on bonus and support ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include delivering SLP services, documenting and discharging summaries, planning care, and traveling to nearby centers as needed. SNF/acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid State SLP License and Credentials.
• SNF and/or Acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities.
• Travel to nearby centers as needed.
