Job summary

Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in San Francisco. We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions to support our residents and families.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders; developing individualized treatment plans; collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab teams; and maintaining documentation in line with facility

Qualifications

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFs may be considered.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We are currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN team members.

Compensation
  • $60-$65 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered if applicable).
  • Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
