Job summary

Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This facility is currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN team members to provide high-quality care to residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.

The role offers an hourly wage of $60–$65 based on experience and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered).
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
