Job summary

Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. We are hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions with compensation of $60–$65 per hour based on experience.

The role involves evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred; CFs may be considered.
• SNF experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
