Job summary

Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions, with collaboration across physicians, nursing, rehab teams and families.

Applicants must hold a current SLP license; CCC-SLP is preferred (CFs may be considered). SNF experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certificate preferred; CFs may be considered.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility and regulatory requirements.
