Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to provide in-home speech therapy to adults and geriatric patients in Port St Lucie and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible scheduling, a stable caseload, mileage reimbursement, and full clinical support.

Compensation includes medical/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, and an SLP Clinical Excellence Bonus with additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with technology and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 - $90 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
