Job summary

InHome Therapy seeks a licensed home care Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide in-home services to adults and geriatric patients in Chester County and surrounding areas. You will evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing, develop individualized goals, and implement rehabilitation programs with support from our team.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $80 - $85 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
