InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in and around Stuart, FL. Full-time and part-time positions offer flexible scheduling, consistent caseloads, and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $90 – $80 per visit

*This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
