Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time licensed home care Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to serve adult and geriatric patients in Naples and surrounding areas. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, a consistent visit caseload, and a supportive team while traveling to patients’ homes.

Compensation is per visit, with rates ranging from $80 to $90 per visit. Benefits include insurance options, PTO, paid holidays, and a clinical excellence bonus tied to visit complexity and volume.

Qualifications

• Active SLP-CCC license in good standing.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
