InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Chicago. If you want a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing to set goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70 - $85 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
