Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in California. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required; CFs welcome. Salary offered is $82,000–$120,000, commensurate with the school-year calendar.

The role includes conducting assessments, writing reports, collaborating with school teams, and developing goals aligned with curricular standards. Fingerprint and TB clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CA SLP license or eligibility is required.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance are required to work in California schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct appropriate assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consult and collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
