Job summary

Avante Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to provide and direct services for residents, including assessment, treatment, and program planning. You will document progress and communicate results per guidelines, under physician orders. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, and NCLEX?

(National Certification) completion. Prior long-term care experience is valued.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for S.L.P.
• Current state licensure or license eligible.
• 0-3 years of long term care experience.
