Job summary

Avante at Boca Raton Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess and treat residents, plan programs, document care, and work under physicians' orders in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for SLP (NBC-HOME).
• Current state licensure or licensure eligible.

• Ability to interpret and communicate results of assessments.
• Ability to design and execute appropriate treatment plans.
• Ability to document daily care as per established guidelines.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for S.L.P.
• Current state licensure or license eligible.
• 0-3 years of long term care experience.
