Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Bedford Hills Center in Bedford Hills, NH. This full-time role focuses on evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs within a collaborative care team.

You'll provide individualized treatment plans, document outcomes, and educate residents and families while working alongside PT, OT, nursing, and physicians. NH license required; new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

  • Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
  • Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals.
  • Provide skilled interventions focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia.
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate.
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team.

Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Bedford Hills Center. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to help residents strengthen communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary care team.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals
  • Provide skilled interventions focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
