Job summary

Crescent Manor in Bennington, VT is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a resident-centered setting. You will evaluate residents, develop and implement treatment plans, provide direct therapy per physician orders, document progress, and collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualified candidates hold a Vermont SLP license; CCC-SLP is preferred. New York or Massachusetts licensure support is available.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ speech, language, cognitive and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services per physician orders.
• Document evaluations, progress notes and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents, families and staff as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

• Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Hourly pay range:$40–$53/hour

• $4000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Vermont

SLPs licensed in New York or Massachusetts are welcome to apply. We are open to supporting additional state licensure.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills

Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
