Job summary
Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center in Derry, NH is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs. You will develop individualized goals, document progress, and collaborate with families, care staff, and the therapy team.

Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center. You'll support residents as they work through changes in communication, thinking, or swallowing, with treatment focused on their everyday needs.
- Assess residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
- Develop treatment goals and provide individualized therapy
- Share practical strategies with residents, families, and care staff
- Monitor progress and keep clinical documentation current
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
