Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehab in speech therapy for patients under physician referrals, in accordance with Life Care standards.

NEW GRADS WELCOME; a $5000 SIGN ON BONUS is offered. Requirements include MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, active state licensure, and CPR certification. Apply to join a dedicated rehab team in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility and maintenance of credentialing.
• Active state license to practice speech-language pathology.
• CPR certification to be current at hire and during employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify functional therapy goals for patients.
• Oversee CFYs and follow treatment plans under supervision.
• Chart patient progress accurately in a timely manner.
• Utilize therapy software for documentation and planning.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
• Understand and follow applicable laws and Life Care policies.
