Compensation ranges from $55 to $65 per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. The role offers dedicated support, mentorship, and collaboration with district teams throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification or CF-SLP/CFY eligibility.
• Active Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to PK–6 students.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech and language.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and small-group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families; maintain documentation.
