Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hadley, Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year, serving PK through 6 students. This full-time role offers guaranteed pay at $55–$65 per hour and potential sign-on bonuses up to $10,000.

We provide strong clinical support, mentorship for CF-SLPs, collaboration with OTs, PTs, and educators, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k), PTO, and professional development funds.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP/CFY eligibility.
• Active MA SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success.

Compensation & Incentives

$55–$65 Per Hour

Guaranteed Pay

At Boothby, you're paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled.

Your compensation shouldn't depend on factors outside your control.

Sign-On Bonus Eligibility

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency disorders

  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
