Boothby Therapy Services is actively seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Hadley, Massachusetts team for the 2026–2027 school year. The role serves PK–6 students in a school setting, offering guaranteed pay and robust support.

We welcome CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows, with competitive hourly rates, sign-on bonus opportunities up to $10,000, and collaborative mentorship with a dedicated service delivery structure.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP or CF eligible to apply.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to PK–6 students in a school setting.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Support students with articulation/phonological, language, social/pragmatic, fluency, voice, and AAC needs.
• Adapt therapy approaches to diverse age groups and developmental levels.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success.
