Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists across Maine for 2026–2027 school year, offering $50–$60 per hour with guaranteed pay and eligibility for a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000. Positions are school-based, with CCC-SLP or CF‑SLP eligibility welcomed and a flexible placement approach.

We provide dedicated support, mentorship, and collaboration with SLPs, OT/PT, educators, and district teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Active Maine SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Support students with articulation, language, social/pragmatic, fluency, and AAC needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
