Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist in Farmington, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year for a full-time role (5 days per week).

We offer $50–$60 per hour with guaranteed pay, a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, and comprehensive support including mentorship, clinical guidance, and collaboration with district teams to support students and clinicians throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC‑SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF‑SLP/CFY)
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
