Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide direct speech therapy to patients under physician referral. The role supports post-acute care with a focus on compassionate, high-quality rehab services.

The position is full-time at Western Hills Care Center in Lakewood, CO, with potential to float to Briarwood facility as needed. New grads welcome; ASHA CFY/CCC eligibility or current CCCs preferred. CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility for licensure/credentialing
• Active state licensure in good standing throughout employment
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language pathology services per physician referral
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient-centered care
• Document progress and maintain timely charts
• Liaise with patients and families to plan for patient needs
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
