Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients upon physician referral, in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards.

The role requires MS/MA in SLP, state licensure, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, and CPR; new grads welcome, 1 year experience preferred; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualifying experience.

Qualifications

• MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility and credentialing process.
• Active state license in good standing.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters/projects.
• Liaises with patients, families, and support departments to plan for patient needs.
• Demonstrates good body mechanics.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
