Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of Speech Therapy.
• Experience preferred.
• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist with NH eligibility or ability to obtain licensure.
• BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, participate in diagnostic testing, and treat referred patients.
• Participate as a member of the health care team to coordinate care.
• Develop and implement discharge recommendations and family teaching as appropriate.
• Document and report findings to the health care team and physicians.
• Provide accurate documentation and maintain patient records.
• Ensure patient safety and comply with department policies and procedures.
