Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and execute therapy based on medical referral and examination; report findings to the health care team.
• Provide discharge recommendations, exercise programs, and family teaching.
• Refer patients to other diagnostic, medical, or therapeutic services when needed.
• Document accurately and timely; coordinate scheduling and patient care.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely; keep the department clean and safe.
• Involve patients and families in the care plan and ensure respectful treatment.
• Interact professionally with physicians, staff, and administrative team; collaborate for care and improvement.
