Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents, families, and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise CFY Speech Clinial Fellows and students as applicable.
• Communicate progress and discharge planning to physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control protocols.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on goals and home exercises.
