Job summary

Shreveport Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to independently evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in an inpatient rehab setting.

You will develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal recovery and safe discharge. Current state license and BLS certification are required; inpatient rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State Speech-Language Pathology License.
• BLS certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current State Speech/Language Pathology License

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
