Job summary

Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City seeks a speech-language pathologist to independently evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in acute or prolonged rehab settings.

You will develop treatment strategies, deliver or delegate services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and support functional communication and swallowing safety.

Job description

Position Summary:

Independently evaluates, determines treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate acute or prolonged speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.

Desired Qualifications:

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
