Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our La Crescent, MN team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and document progress in the medical record.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification; one year of pediatric or adult experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP are required.
• At least 1 year of SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
