Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Dayspring of Miami Valley in Fairborn, OH. We value clinician-led care and offer a daytime PRN schedule.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active state SLP license, CCC-SLP through ASHA, and prefer 1 year of experience. You will evaluate and develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
