Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to join a clinician-led organization expanding across the country. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans and tracking progress.

We value licensure, CCC-SLP credentials, and up-to-date practice, with a consistent PRN schedule at Plymouth Health Services in Plymouth, WI. Generous benefits are offered including 401k match and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current, unrestricted state SLP license is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as an SLP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
