Job summary

Pine Ridge Care Center in San Rafael, CA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to screen, evaluate, and treat residents within an established plan of care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, California license, and Certification in Clinical Competency; one year of clinical experience preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary ($104,000–$124,800 yearly), a sign-on bonus, PTO, and referral bonuses, with PRN/on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license.
• Certification in Clinical Competency.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
