We offer a salary range of $104,000 to $124,800 per year, with PRN/on-call coverage and a sign-on bonus. The position includes PTO, referral bonuses, and opportunities to develop clinical skills in a collaborative setting within California.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certificate in Clinical Competency.
• Current California Speech-Language Pathology license.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Education

Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology

Certification in Clinical Competency

Current California state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology
