Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Greenville, MO is seeking a licensed PRN Speech-Language Pathologist for a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role offers flexible, as-needed shifts with a focus on one-on-one care and patient-centered outcomes in a supportive, therapist- and veteran-owned company culture.

Responsibilities include evaluations, developing individualized plans, and collaboration with care teams to deliver evidence-based therapy and improve communication and swallowing functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active and valid State SLP license in Missouri.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Prior speech therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• CPR certification preferred.

• Conduct evaluations for speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy for articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and techniques.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accurately.

Qualifications
