Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Missouri is seeking a Licensed PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess patients, diagnose needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function and quality of life.

You will collaborate with OT/PT physicians and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care, educate families and caregivers, and stay current with best practices in speech-language

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Missouri Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Address speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive-communication needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy.
• Collaborate with therapists and nursing staff for coordinated care.
• Document progress and update plans.
