Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Memphis in Memphis, TN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehab Therapy team. This full-time on-site role offers a competitive hourly rate from $35.00 to $55.00 per hour, with weekday scheduling.

The SLP will conduct comprehensive swallow and communication evaluations, develop goal-directed treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment.
• CCC - ASHA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation of communication skills and swallowing function with goal-directed treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient programming.
• Monitor quality of services in Rehab Therapy and participate in peer review.
• Develop and revise SLP programs and department policies; assist in maintaining supplies.
