Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Speech-Language Pathology curriculum.
• Current, active license to practice as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Working knowledge of Medicare and other payor sources.

Responsibilities

• Evaluations are initiated per MD orders and payer guidelines.
• Develops treatment plans and provides treatment aligned with reimbursement for best outcomes.
• Educates staff, professionals and payers on intervention benefits.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, and monthly/summary reports in EMR and rehab systems.
