Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to plan and implement individualized treatment programs across our developmental services center in Greenville Memorial Hospital. You will perform evaluations, design and manage comprehensive plans of care, and contribute to discharge planning.

You will educate patients and families and document thoroughly to meet regulatory standards. The role emphasizes advanced clinical and interpersonal skills, with licensure in SC and CCC eligibility

Qualifications

• Advanced level of clinical and interpersonal skills required.
• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• Licensure by the South Carolina Board of Speech Pathology and CCC in Speech Pathology or SC Intern Certificate during CFY.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements treatment programs for patients according to speech language pathology principles.
• Performs initial evaluations and designs a plan of care for speech therapy.
• Implements and manages a comprehensive treatment plan and participates in discharge planning.
• Educates patients and families, documents Plan of Care and education.
• Attends meetings and supports department goals and productivity.
